Adam holds over 25 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. As Director of Distributed Generation, he manages a multidisciplinary engineering team, serves as the engineer of record on a multitude of company projects and programs, and collaborates with company leaders to further business development.
After joining Core States Group in 2013 as a Senior Electrical Engineer, Adam progressed through various roles, including Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, Director of Sales Engineering, and Director of Engineering. In each position, he demonstrated a consistent track record of success, transforming innovative ideas into tangible realities. Licensed in the lower 48 U.S. states and multiple Canadian provinces, his skill set extends past engineering to team management, business development, estimating, contract negotiations, and design-build projects.
Adam has been instrumental in building a robust MEP team for Core States Energy, a division of Core States Group, while creating and maintaining strong client relationships. He has also spearheaded various energy programs, including EV Charging, Battery Storage, Cogeneration, Fuel Cells, and Microgrid initiatives.
Adam consistently upholds the company’s Value of Excellence in all aspects of his work and demonstrates a strong commitment to instilling this value within his team. He believes the pursuit of excellence is imperative for maintaining the highest standards of proficiency and performance for the company and its clients.
Outside of work, Adam remains actively committed to public service. He serves in the elected capacity of Mayor and contributes in additional volunteer roles as a Planning Board Member, Sewer Commissioner, and member of the Open Space Advisory Board. Drawing on his experience as a former U.S. Navy officer, he also provides guidance on several Congressional and Senatorial military academy advisory boards. In his personal time, Adam enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
