Barry brings more than 25 years of civil engineering experience to his role as Principal Engineer at Core States Group.

He focuses on client and project management within the Housing market, designing and managing land development projects that include residential short plats, apartments, townhomes, condominiums, and subdivisions ranging from small developments to large-scale communities.

Barry guides projects from early planning through delivery, drawing on a strong technical background in site demolition, grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water systems, roadway design, erosion control, and hydrology and hydraulic analysis. He is known for managing complex projects while maintaining clear communication and effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Mentorship plays a key role in Barry’s leadership approach. Having benefited from the guidance of experienced engineers throughout his career, he is committed to developing the next generation of professionals by sharing knowledge, building confidence, and supporting long-term growth within his team.
