As Director of Civil Engineering – Industrial, Ben leads Core States Group’s national industrial practice, overseeing a team that delivers complex land development and heavy civil infrastructure projects across diverse markets. With more than two decades of experience spanning three continents, Ben has developed a deep understanding of how to manage risk and deliver value through a balance of technical expertise, local knowledge, and collaborative execution.

Ben’s leadership is focused on leveraging national client relationships while empowering locally based teams to execute projects effectively within their regions. He emphasizes the importance of aligning technical excellence with local entitlement and permitting expertise to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Throughout his career, Ben has found satisfaction in seeing clients and projects succeed, and in developing the next generation of engineers. Watching team members grow from interns to licensed professionals is among the most rewarding aspects of his work.
