As Director of Architecture for Retail, Brad brings over 20 years of industry experience to his position, and a knack for growing and managing effective teams. He provides oversight for a national staff of architects, designers, and permitting specialists who specialize in Core States Group’s retail, fueling, and convenience markets. He is well-rounded in all aspects of the industry with a background in project management and, most recently, holding the position of Account Manager for the company’s restaurant market. The combination of his strong industry and business knowledge makes him an asset in developing growth plans, coordinating staff, and recognizing market trends to assist with business strategy for Core States Group.

Brad leads with Core States Group’s Value of Service at the forefront of his daily mindset. He empowers his team through meaningful recognition and fosters a positive and collaborative work environment through inclusion and teamwork. At the end of the day, he believes a strong culture drives success more effectively than strategy alone.

Outside of work, Brad spends his time outdoors, taking advantage of all that his home state of Washington has to offer, including skiing, mountain climbing, and mountain biking.
