With over three decades of experience, Brent delivers exceptional leadership and strategic vision to his role of overseeing the A&E (Architecture and Engineering) team at Core States Group. He joined the company in 2019 through the acquisition of C.M. Architecture (CMA) and has been instrumental in accelerating the growth of Core States Group. Brent’s career is marked by a dedicated focus on leading architectural teams and managing large-scale rollout initiatives. Prior to joining Core States Group, he held key leadership positions including Vice President of Operations at CMA, as well as president and owner within the industry.

Firmly grounded in the company’s Value of Integrity, Brent prioritizes quality, service, and collaboration. This approach has been key to ensuring that Core States Group remains the preferred partner for national multi-site rollout programs and innovative regional projects.

Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring new restaurants, and visiting farmers’ markets. He also honors his father by carrying on their shared passion for leatherwork and woodworking.
