Bryan brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his role as Principal Engineer at Core States Group. He leads a development team that provides comprehensive services to the company’s Housing market, including land use planning, surveying + construction staking, civil engineering, and permitting.

His team supports diverse residential development programs and projects, supporting roadways, grading, storm drainage, and utility design.  He manages project schedules and navigates permitting processes to support project delivery.

Throughout the development process, Bryan is motivated by the opportunity to help create new communities that are both effective for developers and attractive for residents and guests. His leadership is built on clear communication, collaboration, and accountability across all phases of a project.

Core States Group’s Value of Service resonates the most with Bryan. He believes exceptional client service is built on transparency and that it’s important to communicate with clients throughout the land development process.

Outside of work, Bryan spends time with family and friends. He has been married for more than 20 years, has two children, and enjoys outdoor activities, including hunting, off-roading, riding quads, and working on his family’s farm.
