Bryan Zach, PE began his career at Core States Group and has grown within the company ever since. With a foundation in mechanical engineering, Bryan found his passion for fire protection while supporting a project in the discipline early in his career. That experience sparked a lasting interest, ultimately leading him to specialize in fire protection engineering full-time. His work is driven by the field’s critical role in safety and its technical complexity.

As the Director of Fire Protection, Bryan leads the development and management of a dedicated design team, overseeing all fire protection aspects of projects from conception to completion. His responsibilities include client relations, sales forecasting, financial oversight, and operational management. In his previous role as a Project Engineer, Bryan demonstrated strong technical design skills, effective communication, and critical thinking, which he’s eager to continue developing and share with his team.

Bryan is passionate about ongoing professional growth and is excited about the expansion of the Fire Protection Department. He’s especially grateful for the support of his leadership, which has empowered him to drive the department forward and broaden its service offerings.

Outside of work, Bryan is an avid long-distance triathlete and a member of a local team in Northwest Arkansas. He enjoys challenging himself physically, a mindset he also brings to his professional life. He and his fiancé share two golden retrievers and a goldendoodle, who love joining them on hikes and walks.
