As Director of Civil Engineering – Regional, Cara brings more than two decades of experience in civil design and project management, with a proven ability to lead complex private development projects from feasibility through construction closeout. Her expertise spans single-family and multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial developments, delivering exceptional outcomes through technical precision, strategic coordination, and client partnership.

In her leadership role, Cara focuses on team and client success through process improvement, skill development, and mentorship. She believes in cultivating a culture of awareness—understanding where each team member excels and finding the right fit for every skill set. Through continued training and exposure to diverse project challenges, Cara helps her team deliver excellence across every assignment.

For Cara, the most rewarding aspect of her work is the tangible impact her projects have on the community. She finds fulfillment in seeing the results of her team’s efforts in the built environment, creating projects that improve how people live, work, and connect.
