Carla Driver has nearly 20 years of progressive experience in operational leadership, strategic growth, and organizational effectiveness within the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) space. In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Core States Group, she is focused on building systems, consistency, and alignment, enabling the company to deliver seamless, integrated solutions for clients across several markets. Additionally, by empowering her colleagues to excel and embrace accountability, she fosters an environment of professional growth, advancement, and shared success.

Previously, as a Vice President at Core States Group, Carla successfully led diverse organizational functions including technology and innovation, organizational effectiveness, quality management, safety, embedded client services, and vendor management. Carla deeply believes that a leader’s primary role is to multiply the abilities of others, enabling teams to amplify their impact on the organization and the industry. She is dedicated to actively embedding Core States Group’s Value of Inclusion into organizational practices and culture.

Outside of the office, Carla enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, and finds joy in experiencing the world through their eyes.
