Dave joined Core States Group in 2013 and has been instrumental in growing the Company from 150 to over 650 employees. He has spearheaded Core States Group’s growth by leading multiple acquisitions and diversifying its markets and service lines. He is dedicated to cultivating a company culture grounded in the values of integrity, service, inclusion, excellence, and innovation.

Dave brings strategic and operational leadership grounded in his prior experience as a self-made entrepreneur. Prior to joining Core States Group, he founded and ran an IT consulting and software development company for over a decade. He has excellent analysis, innovation, and problem-solving skills, and is known for building effective teams, developing solid business solutions, and driving growth and profitability. He credits his grandmother with instilling the value of service that he’s carried throughout his career.

Outside of his work at Core States Group, Dave treasures time with his family, especially in the Pocono Mountains where he enjoys hiking, exploring, and relaxing with his wife and sons. As a parent, Dave is actively involved in his sons’ interests: from high school robotics competitions, to hitting the gym, attending car shows, and engaging in friendly video game battles. A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, he is also a proud Philadelphia Eagles fan.
