Dan leads Core States Energy’s electrical engineering team, ensuring the department continuously produces exceptional results and maintains a competitive edge in the energy sector. With nearly a decade of engineering experience and hundreds of megawatts of power generation overseen, his expertise has been integral to the company’s growth and success in both its Distributed Generation and Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure markets.

Since starting as a Project Designer, Dan has advanced through five roles at Core States Group. His leadership, technical ability, and commitment to his team and clients showcase excellence in the alternative energy sector. Additionally, his success in sustainable energy solutions demonstrates his commitment to innovation in the industry.

He not only exemplifies these company Values, but champions them to his team through his “leading leaders” philosophy. While providing strategic direction and decisive leadership, Dan consistently encourages autonomy, creating opportunities for his team members to grow, succeed, and lead within their roles.

Outside of work, Dan can be found training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or spending quality time with his wife and two daughters, typically at the beach.
