As the founding member of Core States Group’s structural engineering team, David brings with him extensive industry and company knowledge. He is committed to delivering sustainable and efficient structural solutions and leads his team on a diverse range of projects across various regions nationwide.

Since joining Core States Group in 2010, David has successfully expanded his team to consistently meet clients’ needs. He continues to develop their skills to adapt to the latest codes and construction trends while serving as the engineer of record on hundreds of projects annually. With operations in all climates, David and his team possess immense knowledge regarding regulations and materials needed for various regional conditions, including seismic, snow, and hurricane effects. Clients and their customers’ best interests remain a top priority for David as he designs for the safety and performance of buildings.

David believes Core States Group’s Value of Integrity holds the most importance, not only in terms of building for integrity, but staying truthful and fulfilling promises. When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time with his family, proudly serving as a leader of his daughters’ Girl Scout troop and actively participating in their events. He is also a PC gaming and RC car enthusiast.
