George Spadea brings more than 20 years of information technology (IT) experience supporting architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) firms to his role as Senior Director of Information Technology at Core States Group. As a member of Core States Group’s Senior Leadership Team, George leads IT strategy and operations, focusing on enabling secure, efficient, and scalable technology solutions that support business growth and project delivery.

In his role, George oversees enterprise technology strategy, IT operations, cybersecurity, and major technology initiatives, including the thoughtful adoption of emerging tools. He partners closely with leadership and project teams to improve productivity, strengthen risk management, and support seamless technology integration across offices and business units.

George is committed to developing high-performing teams through mentorship, coaching, and clear accountability. He emphasizes measuring outcomes and creating opportunities for team members to grow through ownership and leadership of key initiatives.
