As Director of Program Management, Karen leads a national team of project managers who support client programs including high-volume and high-velocity rollouts, new store development, and open store remodels for many of the markets that Core States Group services. Her team’s overarching goal is to ensure that the interests of the client are represented throughout every stage of a project, from the initial idea to completion and closeout, however her team can enter the process at any given point, from feasibility to construction. What truly inspires Karen is the close collaboration that she fosters with her clients, as it allows her to bring their unique visions to reality.

She is highly regarded for her straightforward approach, and she firmly believes in the importance of mentorship and skill development for team members. With close to four decades of experience, she actively guides and encourages them to expand their knowledge and expertise, ensuring that they are well-versed in all aspects of program management. The Value of Integrity resonates deeply with her, as she understands the importance of maintaining a sterling reputation that is rooted in honesty. When not at work, Karen enjoys boating and making the most of living in a location that offers opportunities for relaxation and leisure.
