Kevin is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of leadership experience in the A/E/C industry. As Vice President – Growth, at Core States Group, he oversees the Business Development and Marketing departments, driving the expansion of markets, services, and geographies. Since joining the company as the Director of Business Development in 2008, he continues to find fulfilment in witnessing and taking part in the growth of the company and the teams that he leads.

His leadership philosophy revolves around hiring intelligent and talented individuals and empowering them to drive Innovation and Excellence within their respective fields. Kevin emphasizes the importance of building strong client relationships based on mutual trust and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. Ultimately, he views success as cultivating lifelong partnerships with clients and serving as their committed advocates.

Outside of work, Kevin is an avid golfer and a passionate traveler, having visited all 50 states and Canadian provinces. His well-rounded interests and dedication to professional growth make him a valuable asset to Core States Group.
