Nate serves as Director of Field Operations at Core States Group, where he oversees on-site construction superintendents and the quality control team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. He has over three decades of experience in the energy industry, providing him with a strong foundation in field operations, safety, and management.

Nate is responsible for implementing quality control measures and enforcing safety protocols. He works closely with internal teams to optimize resources, develop cost-effective solutions, and improve overall operational performance, while supporting consistent execution across complex programs.

Nate’s background includes hands-on field leadership and program management. His experience includes managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating permitting and construction activities, overseeing financial performance, and supporting successful project delivery from planning through completion.
