Paul is a dynamic leader with a track record of success in the AEC industry in both operational and financial leadership positions. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed Professional Engineer and working in various design, construction, and management roles, he brings a unique perspective and industry knowledge to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Core States Group.

After starting his career in mechanical engineering, he gained expertise as a project manager and later stepped into several leadership positions where he oversaw business operations. In his current position, Paul drives the company’s finance, accounting, and legal functions with a focus on aligning business strategy and operations to achieve financial goals. He is adept at identifying risks and opportunities and creating actionable plans to overcome them.

With Core States Group’s Value of Integrity at the forefront of his leadership philosophy, Paul acknowledges the immense significance of honesty and trustworthiness in both his professional and personal life. He holds a strong belief that financial information represents a foundation of truth and should be handled carefully and with transparency.

Outside of work, he can be found on the water spending time sailing with his wife of 35 years, and their three sons.
