As Director of Construction Management, Scott brings 30+ years of construction and engineering experience and a steady, hardworking personality to the management of Core States Group’s construction, estimating, and procurement teams. These teams excel in delivering national programs in various markets, including energy, retail, financial, fueling, and restaurants. His expertise lies in cultivating high-performing teams, and his genuine enthusiasm for mentorship significantly enhances the cohesiveness and strength of those teams. He believes in promoting a culture of creative thinking in his department, encouraging them to seek uncommon solutions to common challenges.

Inspired by his father, our Value of Integrity is deeply ingrained in him, and he strives to uphold ethical standards in all his endeavors. The effort and dedication put into a design culminates in the construction phase, and he finds immense satisfaction and reward in bringing these visions to life. Outside of work, Scott remains a dedicated supporter of his alma mater, Clemson University – Go Tigers! He is actively involved in the alumni board in Philadelphia, where he chairs the community service committee. Scott is also active in his church, and enjoys golfing, long walks with his wife, and spending time with his five children.
