Scott brings over 20 years of civil engineering, land development, and land surveying experience to company. In his role, Scott leads the growth and development of Core States Group’s civil engineering presence in the Greater Phoenix area and Southwest region. He will lead projects with a solutions-oriented approach, playing a key role in shaping both the physical and operational foundation of the Arizona office. This will include the growth strategy, team development, and project execution, while leveraging the strength of the firm’s national platform.

He specializes in complex site development, entitlement strategy, and multidisciplinary project leadership. His background includes work across commercial, industrial, multifamily, and large-scale residential communities, along with extensive experience in public infrastructure and transportation projects.

Scott is known for guiding projects from due diligence through construction with precision, clear communication, and dedication to exceptional client service. His expertise includes project planning, agency coordination, contract negotiation, and team leadership, along with managing high-value developments up to $250 million. Throughout his career, he has built lasting client relationships, and he consistently delivers solutions that balance technical excellence with efficient project execution.
