Suzanne Kessler brings over 25 years of experience to her role as Vice President – Human Resources at Core States Group. As a member of Core States Group’s Senior Leadership Team, Suzanne spearheads initiatives to develop talent, foster an inclusive and adaptive culture, and support the company’s continued growth.

Reporting to the CEO, Suzanne leads a team of HR professionals and drives the company’s HR strategy, supporting over 650 employees across more than 20 office locations nationwide. By applying data-driven insights, Suzanne works to strengthen employee experience, enhance engagement, and build an environment where talent can thrive.

Suzanne’s passion for human resources began early in her career, sparked by an interest in how organizational design and structure influence success. She is motivated by the opportunity to help individuals and teams maximize their potential, while building systems that cultivate both professional fulfillment and business performance.
