Bryan Zach, PE has eight years of industry experience with a background in Mechanical Engineering. He has spent his entire career with Core States Group, joining the company right after graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2017. Bryan chose to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering because of its versatility and the wide range of career paths it offers. His journey into fire protection began when he assisted a colleague on a relevant project, which sparked a strong interest and ultimately led him to transition into the field full-time.
In his new role as Director of Fire Protection, Bryan will lead the development and management of a dedicated design team, overseeing all fire protection aspects of projects from conception to completion. His responsibilities include client relations, sales forecasting, financial oversight, and operational management. In his previous role as a Project Engineer, Bryan demonstrated strong technical design skills, effective communication, and critical thinking, which he’s eager to continue developing and share with his team.
Bryan has also recently earned his NICET Fire Alarm Systems Certification. Achieving this credential not only showcases Bryan’s technical knowledge but also enables Core States Group to formally offer fire alarm design services, meeting client needs with proven expertise.
Looking ahead, Bryan is excited to continue growing Core States Group’s fire protection services as Director of Fire Protection and pursue additional certifications. He’s especially grateful for the support of his leadership, which has empowered him to drive the department forward and broaden its service offerings.
