Core States Group is proud to recognize Clay Gallagher, Project Manager, for being named one of Electrical Construction & Maintenance’s (EC&M) 2026 30 Under 30 Electrical All-Stars.
The annual recognition highlights emerging professionals who are helping shape the future of the electrical industry through leadership, innovation, technical knowledge, and professional achievement.
Soon after joining Core States Group, Clay stepped into a significant client-facing role supporting one of the company’s largest accounts in the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (EVI) market. His exceptional impact during his first year was recognized when he received Core States Group’s 2025 Rookie of the Year award. He now manages more than 50 active projects for major clients, including charge point operators and some of the world’s largest retailers. His work spans fleet charging sites and public charging facilities, requiring coordination across multidisciplinary and client teams.
In his current role, Clay coordinates design deliverables, tracks permitting and utility requirements, reviews project financials, and manages schedules to keep complex projects moving forward. He also continues to explore how emerging technology, including artificial intelligence, can improve project coordination, document review, and administrative efficiency.
Clay demonstrates our Value of Innovation through his support of CoreCast™, Core States Group’s proprietary EV charging infrastructure solution designed to improve scalability and installation efficiency. His strong work ethic, accountability, positive attitude, and commitment to collaboration have positioned him as an emerging leader within both the company and the EV charging industry.
Congratulations to Clay on this well-deserved recognition and this exciting milestone in his career!
