With more than two decades of experience in civil design and project management, Cara brings extensive expertise in site feasibility, design, permitting, budgeting, and construction oversight. In her role, she leads a diverse team focused on delivering innovative, efficient, and client-centered engineering solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
