Carla has nearly 20 years of leadership experience and, most recently as a Vice President at Core States Group, she has been instrumental in overseeing the company’s shared operations teams while providing key guidance on the Senior Leadership Team. In her new role, she will lead with an expanded focus on building systems, consistency, and alignment, enabling the company to deliver seamless, integrated solutions for clients across several markets.
