Based in the firm’s newly added Phoenix office, Lucas will drive Core States Group’s strategic growth across the Greater Phoenix area and Southwest region by building a local team and leading civil project execution through the firm’s solutions-focused approach. He brings more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering, land development, and multidisciplinary project leadership.

Lucas’s addition reflects Core States Group’s continued investment in Greater Phoenix and the broader Southwest, where population growth is accelerating demand for infrastructure and development. As the company’s 24^th office, the Phoenix location further strengthens the firm’s presence in the region and supports its ability to deliver responsive, high-quality service to regional and national clients.
