His career is rooted in guiding complex commercial programs, building high-performing planning teams, and positioning planning as a trusted partner in achieving client development objectives. Nick oversees the expansion of the firm’s planning services team, strengthens collaboration with multidisciplinary partners, and ensures the consistent execution of standards and processes that deliver exceptional client service.
