JPMorgan Chase turns to Core States for many of their flagship branches. For their high-profile Greenwich location, our integrated team made the self-supporting, two story, structural glass atrium possible with a custom designed, two story floating stair. Aside from achieving the structure, lighting played a major role in accomplishing their vision. Our lighting design for the main entry was based solely on preliminary concept renderings. We delivered even illumination for the space without over illuminating. Our team accomplished this by providing different output fixtures and wall wash fixtures at the top and bottom of the walls. We also added a generator that was concealed within the parking garage and discretely exhausted to the exterior. The common areas had higher level finishes with several decorative light fixtures added for accent. LED lighting was utilized where possible to reduce maintenance and energy costs.
